I am an empathetic person, and I rent to anyone, including people who have spent time in prison, or have had problems in the past.

I care about in my investments, I make that clear so when I am not empathetic there's a reason why. 

Your post did not contain any violations and I can certainly be empathetic to your feelings as I have experienced much of the same over the years.

For those who are willing to take meaningful action to reverse this, be empathetic as you sell or rent to POC.

Believe it or not women are usually more empathetic towards tenants and workers than a lot of male investors so many people would prefer a female landlord/prop manager.Id love to be a listening ear if you ever need it!

Sure, it sucks and it's a tough spot for them and I am empathetic towards their situation.

@Braydn Tapscott This is a prime opportunity to make a nice amount of money and then redeploy it into your next Real Estate investment.It is nice that you are empathetic to the tenant yet thing change in lives and when something changes in their life, they will quickly move out and leave you holding the bag.

3) If we think there are genuine reasons , we are offering a combination ( not all) of the following options.   3.a) Waive late fees.   3.b) Adjust their security deposit for the next months rent.   3.c) Offer flexible termination of the lease, if they want to vacate and move with family    3.d) Offer them additional 30 days to pay current rent.    3.e) Issue a notice to them that is empathetic to their situation , but also puts the eviction process rolling so it         can be executed once we we want and are legally able to.4) If we believe that they are taking unfair advantage of the situation and not paying rent ( They still have their job , no sickness etc) - we are providing them a notice to intent to evict as soon as we are legally able to.Welcome thoughts on anything we can do different.Thanks
