*search this site using key word "house hack"5-why wouldn't you pull the equity from your house ( or leverage your house) and just by a rental property(paid off in 15 yrs by tenants, building equity for further acquisitions, future appreciation AND sale ) where the numbers will give you a specific profit, and you can retain your anonymity and personal space as a LL?

If you're worried about chain of title/name search and not being anonymous I wouldn't worry too much about that aspect. 

This gives me asset protection and anonymity. 

It takes much more than just that.LLCs can offer some anonymity, but I have found it to be very difficult to get full anonymity.

I can go into a market with a competitive advantage utilizing my skills & infrastructure etc....With bitcoin you are just another anonymous Joe.

I also suggest a drive-by so they are not unpleasantly surprised by the neighborhood when they to the showing, and just keep on driving by anonymously as I wait outside.  

I determined through a Google search that both tenants have violent criminal records so I would prefer to remain anonymous (they don't know my name, contact information, what I look like, etc.).
