RE and lending was not my only venture, I've been involved in steel fabrication, restaurants, hospitality/resorts and the grocery business.

We were going to laser template WITHOUT the cabinets being installed, but I got the cabinets installed sooner than I originally thought and called in a favor from my granite guys to turn the fabrication and installation around in a hurry so we ended up laser templating WITH the cabinets installed which cuts down the risk for a goof up.

Anyway, I really don't have anything to hide because I am not going to go into court and fabricate a bunch of lies.

He continued to “harp” on the phone with wife yelling in background that surely we would be highly motivated since their logic of seller financing was so great"Now, the reason I am writing this post is because this was an absolute fabrication by the seller's agent.  

Put down same landscape fabric add the rock and spray occasionally with round up.

If you have a small kitchen you might also consider finding a granite yard that has remnants, it may be cheaper to buy off craigslist but if the transport is figured in and charge for fabricating if you use their scrap then it may work out, especially if you don't have to hoist the granite (think hernia).  

Since we let it known that we do verify all information, rarely does an applicant try to fabricate their history to match our criteria.
