Downtown Bend has many good places, I would suggest Greg's Grill in the Old Mill Shopping Center, it is spacious and people can actually carry on a conversation.ThanksChristy Osterkamp

Had to use the propane gas grill and fireplace to cook food but other than that there was not much to do except sleep and eat lol.Well I got power back but from what I was told there is going to be more bad weather so I'm hoping the power won't go out this time.

The tenant has kept the place in great shape except some melted siding from a grill ($100-$300 repair)The tenant is a law graduate student and works at a firm, said all the lawyers at her firm said she has every right to move out and not pay rent.She also wants her full security deposit back as well.Should I just let her go and cut my losses, or should I deduct her security deposit and sue her for rent?

There is a gas line that goes out to the bbq grill that they want inspected by a licensed plumber, I told them I would disconnect the line from the grill myself and cap it, they approved.

Wood fire oven and grill, chalk board menu, open/close when I feel like it.

Of course, the engineer would be sticking his neck out, so he definitely is going to grill you on the specifics of what was done and how it was done. 

On top of that, it's always been a bar/grill type place, and they have completely gutted it, from kitchen equipment down to the outdoor deck/patio.

The whole appeal of a vacation rental is having a house, with a patio, backyard for grilling, parties, etc.

Picture below.My big plan is, make driving range, build some retail stores , bar & grill inside, generate more revenue.Build a big golf complex so it can build foot traffics. 

Outdoor grills should basically be banned, and never on balconies. even the electric ones are a accident waiting to happen.
