Just rattling off a few questions that come to mind.

But sure, try and rattle some cages, maybe someone  might come across with some kind of offering, but don't count on it.

Fact.Now listen to what you are saying and try to leave ego and stubbornness out of it and just use intelligence and common sense (if you can).Do you think that when someone gets bitten by a rattle snake they will wait for someone to hunt them down to give them the solution?

Now that I'm licensed I plan to rattle some feathers in our market with some less than ethical real estate agents.

Otherwise stay the course. you can only imagine how rattled i was when lenders were saying they wouldnt count it unless I had 2 years of rental income history. it is a legal 3 family.
