@Joel Owens, I think you are referring to Unanimous Consent for the TIC deals. 

As I go out and raise money in Cincinnati to provide private lending/hard money loans, investors are nearly unanimous in wanting 12% on the very low end and 15% on the high end.  

Below is a quote from an NBC Connecticut article within the past two weeks further restricting to college students:Hamden’s Planning and Zoning Commission passed a controversial proposal Tuesday that requires landlords to live in their properties if they plan on renting to college students.The unanimous vote came after a series of complaints about out-of-control parties in residential neighborhoods thrown by Quinnipiac students who live off campus.

. § 33-1227(D) requires unanimous consent of all unit owners if an amendment changes “the uses to which any unit is restricted.

I checked with a bunch of Rochester investors(about 5) and the response was unanimous, the property management in the area are nickel and diming them.  

This was a unanimous decision between the investors, brokers, and lenders I spoke with.

We had to ultimately have a unanimous agreement to only get paid via profit split. 

The accurate cap is 12% of the total housing stock.No more than 500 short-term home rentals will be allowed in city limits in a cap approved unanimously by the City Council Tuesday, May 10.

Very interesting that this was a unanimous vote, and I am lowkey concerned about this going into other areas of the city.
