After doing this, I then run the property through Airdna.co and/or Mashvisor.com  Both of these tools will give you projections of what type of rental rates, price per night, bookings, occupancy, seasonal variations, etc.

The majority of units in Mammoth are still being managed by large (and outdated) rental companies that have high minimum nightly stays, crazy fees, and no variation in prices to account for demand. 

Since there was a tight profit margin as it was, this left little room for any negative variations.

Once you get a feel for how things will be worded you'll be able to answer anything they throw at you because they are usually variations of the same situation or problem.

They have been so successful that at least 13 states now have them and others have different variations of them. 

I have been trying to verify this or see if there is some variation - so far I have not been able to find any information to confirm or deny (although the lack of information I have been able to find may be my confirmation that it does not exist).
