Unless you plan to get a degree in medicine, law, engineering or some other "professional" degree it's my opinion that college is as much, if not more, about the experience then the actual physical degree.

I do know that it is a world class city, truly, for medicine and biotech. 

The property is in normal heights, so very little artificial light, so it’s nice at night time.The deck will be the same size as the roof, so about 425 sq ft.

At $2k a month income, that barely will keep maintenance, insurance, and taxes on a house, a car gassed, insured and maintained, medicine/medical expenses, and food on the table. 

We just have to put the medicine cabinet in the bathroom and install the light fixture in the first apartment that is almost ready,  We have advertised the apartment for $1,000 and have gotten some response but no one has come to see it yet.  

IT, engineering, medicine) are carrying up the ROI to that high because those degrees may have an ROI of 60-70-80% or higher.

For door hardware, medicine cabinets, landscaping materials, etc. they're great.
