I still want to put together a small team of laborers and some skilled carpenters because there will be stuff in both houses that i will want to do myself .. like demo and clean up and landscaping for the laborers and certain projects for skilled workers  .. the house in Inverness has a inground pool that has collapsed and i need to get someone to give me a idea on the cost to fix it or replace it .. all the pool companies i called won't give me a quote to fix ..only replace .. i am sure it can be fixed ..just got to find somebody that has experience on installing them ..
