I work with a great roofer, but am interested in seeing if there are any Regional or National companies that will re-roof properties AND finance the work?  

Long term success means having a team of CPAs, Attorneys, Title Companies, GCs, trades, roofers, cleaners, lenders, and so many others on your team as an investor.Good luck. 

Most roofers are willing to work if they know the money is there.

I'll answer your question with a question ... if the roof goes out on your quad, and the roofer comes out to give you a bid, does the roofer ask you what the place rents for before he calculates your bid?

Years ago, we had a rogue roofer abscond with $1500 of ours and disappear. 

The lockdown of our economy will be lifted and rental performance will be on the mend.

My contributions would generally be: Find the deals/properties, make sure the numbers work, present/update investors, I already have a solid network of contractor, master electrician, plumber, roofers, etc. 

Then call a roofer.
