Roofing Companies That Finance Their Work in South Carolina?

All:

I have ~30 properties/50 units and seem to have to replace shingles on 2-3 roofs every year, not to mention the new roofs I have to put on properties that I acquire.  This usually adds up to 15-35k every year.

I work with a great roofer, but am interested in seeing if there are any Regional or National companies that will re-roof properties AND finance the work?  Does this sort of thing or do these companies exist?  If so, what kind of terms do they have?

I'd be interested in even getting a better roof (i.e. metal) if I didn't have to pay for all of it at once.  I'm based in Columbia, South Carolina and would love to find a company that did such a thing.

Are you paying wholesale or retail on your roofs? How much a square for materials and for labor?
