(I can help fast, most of the time in as soon as 10 days)e.Ask them if they are thinking of selling or buying a house.f.Always ask them if they know anyone who has a house for sale or is wanting to buy a house.g.Close with handing them a business card and repeating your name with telephone number.i.If they hand you a business card make certain that you put it in your database to prospect to.2.The people you pay or good friends who have service type companies ask them if they would include in their invoice statements a flyer about your services and be ready to do the same for them.3.During holidays and special occasions send to your friends and customer base a thank you card, Birthday card, holiday card, within those cards mention that you accept referrals and include a few business cards. 4.Take up a new interest.

Treating them good is: nice Christmas bonuses, lunch on the boss for their birthdays or after they made you some good money on a hard job and give them a gift card to buy new Carhart winter clothes every fall.
