Imagine a world without competing superpowers.

They ain't the superpower they once were, but it's still not a bad place to live. 

Maybe this won't happen because all other major super power are devaluing their currency by taking on more debt just like the USA? 

Boulder's superpower is it's politics - they don't allow construction at any magnitude in the city, limiting supply long-term.

(My BiggerPockets super powers give me the ability to tag anyone, but you have to be colleagues with them before you can tag them.)

This post was just inspired by @Jason Scott who just posted on FB how most people will never achieve $10 million, $100 million net worth etc (and theres nothing wrong with that) (Also, in like a decade on here Ive never been able to tag Jason even though I have super power moderating capabilities).So I was curious what is everyones net worth goals?

Call an investor buddy and see if he has dealt with a similar situation.Another thing that helped us early on is having systems in place that are non negotiable such as collecting rents, how to handle this that or the other we had them specifically planned out so we had a road map when things would go wrong.I have also found that being a female in this space is more of a superpower than a deterrent.

FHA house hacking is super powerful and to not use it to its fullest is a waste. 

You're personally journey was what I'd always ranked as your superpower over other promoters.As for the cash flow comments.
