How much was the first lending deal and what was your due diligence process for screening the lender?

We have been work with the inspector and the city to get everything permits and closed.We are at the last step and requested a certificate of occupancy but was told we still need a driveway Apron permit which we are working on getting as wellthe issue is this process is now 5 months plus.
