use plenty, roofers are not cheap.If your windows are wood and have water damage so they don't work well, i would replace as budget is available.

I was a produce manager 2 years ago at a supermarket in Boston and was actually paid real good I read rich dad poor dad and then quit ran a distribution company then thought I was unstoppable moved to Miami and worked as an hvac helper, sign holder, Pepsi stocker, used car salesmen, dead body remover, helped people move, roofer, flooring, trucker, auto parts delivery, body shop car washer and the. parts manager somehow ended up in Springfield mass and started making handmade motorcycle seats I quit and now run a catering business while working on getting my real estate license lol I'm only 23 so I can't waste anymore time once I become and agent I will start investing and no more random jobs

bump and a suggestionI have a roofer I always use and in the winter i tell him to go and inspect all the roofs (close to 40). he takes notes and lets me know if anything is due for change/repair.

Even if I did, my cousin would also have to be a carpenter, plumber, roofer, home inspector, mortgage broker, realtor, property manager, black belt in aikido and fortune teller all at once for me to trust them enough to basically raise kids together.

If for example the report suggests a roofer take a deeper look, schedule a roofing contractor for a deeper evaluation and a budgetary quote for its replacement, before you decide to continue with the purchase.
