Yes, part of the inspection is to look for lease violations, however, we bring the tenant supplies for 6 months, such as A/C filters and in some of the houses Refrigerator water filters.

But, we have to keep in mind that most people are living in bigger houses, most people now have air conditioning that need it, most people have refrigerators, microwaves, toasters, more than one TV, (color no less), 2 cars, and everybody has a cell phone, computer and internet and a lot of stuff sitting in garages and storage.
