But Monkeybutt I get spam mail from toyota, dominos and pizza hut all the time.Yes you Poombah.. those companies are well known, they are established and you know the brand.

When I was a teen, we had a Pizza Hut (south of 44, then), the Ramada Inn (also gone now) and Walmart.

We picked up three houses yester day, was very dry for a while nothing coming through for weeks, then last thu we got one, fri another, monday three.The biggest discount had just dropped from 99 to 89... offered 75k got it for 80k after three offer, counter offer.
