I've always been a fan of the "keep it simple" ideology.  

I grew up with old school principles and respect and this is the type of person who has the same ideology.  

One potential starting point for this recovery is to address the influence of entrenched liberal ideologies and bureaucracy in city management and policy decisions.

Read Moore's law, the loss of hardware manufacturing is still being felt (semiconductor shortages etc)The diversity of cultures, ideology, economics, climate, topography etc.is immense.

An extreme example of when people lose common sense and have a fanatical ideology, (which sadly many of our fellow citizens do) is laws, contracts etc will not be enough to safe guard private property. 

It seems like you are utilizing cookie cutter ideology and stats while applying it in a macro sense.

It perfectly demonstrates pseudo-Marxist ideology being pushed by various liberal arts curriculums and political parties that drives this underlying contempt of capitalism and the opposite end of the spectrum of pure capitalist philosophy.The people being displaced are helpless victims with no personal responsibility and are a single homogeneous virtuous group of "the workers" and the people displacing them(another homogeneous group) are evil profit hungry rent-seeking capitalist, their to exploit them, "the land owners/investors".several replies make perfect arguments that represent my feelings about the specific questions posed, i'll let you  assume what  replies I relate with.I would offer some more philosophical questions back to the OP and others leaning toward the "socialism" side.Is a shark evil for eating a seal, or a human? 

Sometimes it can be very difficult to recapture magic (no pun intended), when you’ve alienated massive chunks of customers by way of your social and ideological forays.  

It can easily become politicized or ideological pretty fast.That being said, I'd agree there is room for financial literacy education in our high schools.
