In my jurisdiction, this is terrible advice and I suspect this to be true in most jurisdictions.It may be able to work for refrigerator and washer/dryer.

Unless you crack the shell, there is never a good reason to replace a hot tub with a new one, as they are quite easy - and cheap - to repair.A hot tub that has been sat in is no different than a previously-sat-on toilet, indoor bathtub, shower, sinks, or refrigerator

Ft homes and going to renovate with new appliances ( Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove(electric or gas), washer/dryer, microwave etc.HVAC system is electric (15 amps) and there is gas water heater.Do you anyone know if what it can cost to upgrade electric panel to 150 amps/200 amps?

I was chatting with a property management company and they said that they recommend that if a unit has water and ice maker on the door to switch that refrigerator with one that doesn't.
