Although I agree with most users here I can appreciate his thought process...being 30 i'm not too far removed from thinking that you enjoy things in your "youth" the most.While you might go do more dumb things with your flashy car in your youth, your enjoyment level is not dependent on age.

Butler has nothing to be ashamed of, they played a great game, they both did, as is expected at that level.

In real life, very few understand or relate to us on this level!

It is great for accountants of any level.

Hey Dean thanks for the reply,What i'm trying to achieve at the most basic level is finding people who may have a spare driveway or a large yard, maybe a rural property; who may not of thought of leasing it out to make some side income.   

The high humidity level is a magnate for termites, and the constant ground shifting from floods translate to foundation problems.

I'm pretty sure there is no plan of action that's going to make that a reality without the ability required at that level.

I also have very detailed scopes of work for bidders to keep the bids level. 

If you do your own property management, you are valuing your time at that level.

The answer to these questions gives you a very good idea of what they're motivation level is.
