The end goal should be two harmonious, ‘good’ tenants.

Seems much more interesting given the type/quantity of responses here rather than whether or not your stats are accurate.

I'd be perfectly content with quality cash returns over a larger quantity of mediocrity.If I wanted to own a hotel, this path would be different.That being said, keep posting, I learn a TON from your insightful posts!

Quantity & quality. 

They've been frantically trying to manage prices using interest rate policy and quantity for fifteen years. 

They sold off huge quantities of homes in 2013 and captured serious appreciation gains. 

DMM is not budget dependent, it is  quantity dependent.

However, I would caution you on quality over quantity.
