Also there are regulations that allow people or entities to self-service up to XX number of loans at a time or within a year, after that level is reached they must get licensed, bonded, etc.To prove its reason for existence, the CFPB is looking for examples to pounce on - and for what?

What I'm seeing at our local level is that the market is making it's correction and prices hasn't drop by much and I think more seller are getting more realistic with what they are asking vs a year ago when homes were flying off the MLS with multiple offers.

Hope this information helps, from someone who has boots on the ground ✌ with this rate by 2024 we would exceeded 2022 May level, I sold mine higher than 2022 level price just a month ago LOL.With rate as low as high 4, everyone is in buying mode again LOL
