I am having the same reaction reading about cash refi and still able to cash flow right off the back on today's rates.

Curious to see the reaction to my soapbox tangent.

The natural reaction to a rent raise is to be unhappy, however if the tenant knows they've been "getting away with it" for a while, they may not really get upset, even if they show disapproval. 

Then I am stearn and fair with my reactions I fix what is broke and NOT everything they see fit like new light fixtures or installing a pellet stove in place of my wood stove. 

We were able to get a place for a double deposit and first and last months rent.I can just picture the landlords/owners reactions when hearing my story after reading what everyone here has been saying.

Therefore, spending time to dream about and planning for a tax-advantaged lifestyle only to find out later that it can't work is, in my humble opinion, a waste of time.While I don't claim to be an expert, if you read my numerous replies to posts and the reactions thereon in this international forum, you'll find out that the content is pretty darn accurate and has helped many people.

It's kinda wild how consistent their personalities & reactions are to one another.Who's got thoughts on this? 

If I was extremely allergic to animal hair to the extent that just a few minutes inside would cause a severe reaction?

I am a car guy, so my reaction is to get what you like to drive. 

We're brutally honest up front with people when we do walk throughs so we can judge by their reactions what kind of tenants they'll most likely turn out to be.
