Choosing a good gray can be tricky because many of them will pull other hues in different lighting (blue, purple, green,...).

And along with that, the tenants tend to think of the house as their house and paint the walls red and purple, whatever, remove flooring, remove kitchen cabinet doors, paint them, etc. 

She painted deep purple and chalk paint rooms & then broke the lease.

The purple line (express train downtown), red line, Northwestern, proximity to the lakefront, and solid schools are assets that will ensure healthy rental growth long term. 

Other peoples favorite color is blue orange or purple.

Then you find out two years later that they've been painting walls dark purple and the mirror they wanted to sand and paint was actually broken in half and is now held together by Gorilla glue and a large strip of duct tape.I hope that's not what's happening.
