Paint and Lighting for Rentals

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to know if you guys/gals could make some suggestions on Lighting and paint choices for rentals. I usually go with a off white/beige color paint with white trim and then for lighting I wanted to start shopping for fixtures online as opposed to purchasing them from Home depot and Lowes. My question is what fixtures would you typically use on a rental in a B neighborhood and if you could give me some suggestions paint as well. If you have a great website that you use for fixtures/applicances I would definitely love to check it out.

We paint our units Grey with white trim/doors. Everyone loves it, we still get compliments on the look from tenants when they have guests over. I think it's simple, but makes it feel more like a home, rather than a rental compared to your standard white/off white.
