@James Wise the market in sweden is to high i missed my chances for 10 years ago when the banks gave loan on everything etc . now its very strict plus the prices are very high and low returns. the only other place i'm looking in to is UK but it seems like the also are getting alot of rules. the issues with the us market as an foreigner is that the loans make you earn very small amount every month .

I think the place looks nice but I compared it with other recently settled rentals in Manayunk and it is priced on the high side for 4/1s . 185 Gay St, Philadelphia, PA 19127 is a 4/1 that went for $1650 a month with tenant paying all utilities.

Since you're planning on flipping it, your end buyer is likely a single person or a couple, straight or gay, as they are the ones that are willing to move into the neighborhood.
