There is a finite logistics chain from mfg to consumer.

Yes, it seems that the sheer logistics of trying to find and hire truly skilled qualified workers to staff such growth (especially when their presentation speaks of 3 shifts ) seems a daunting task.....even if the money was there. 

It's location makes in a great spot for transportation & logistics as well. 

The prominent industries in BHAM include: banking, finance, manufacturing, transportation, distribution and logistics, biotechnology, IT, corporate mine & most importantly UAB school of Medicine was ranked 10th in the Nation for Primary Care.

I don't know the the logistics of OOS and frankly that's a little overwhelming for me, but still open to it.

We have a wide variety of professions renting our units - teachers, engineers, retail, mechanics, roofers, fashion designers, retirees, food service, self employed, hospitality, banking, logistics, dockworkers, police officers, utility workers, etc. 

That being said, logistically this seems like a nightmare! 

Shippers/logistics are going to be lighter use (although these seem to be more volatile businesses). 

Industries include education (Cal State Long Beach), transportation/logistics (Port of Long Beach, Long Beach Airport), aerospace (SpaceX, Spinlaunch, Rocketlab, Virgin Orbit, Boeing, etc), auto (Mercedez Benz, Toyota), tourism. etc.

That provided an opportunity for him to cut logistical costs, accounts receivable headaches, etc... and allowed for us to get a volume discount.
