When I saw their application, I was thrilled, then I was disappointed when then told me they need it in two months, which for me was too long.

I was thrilled come tax time when we were able to claim a loss on our taxes.

For instance in GA I have some local investors that want 10% on multifamily but then I have out of state or out of the country that are thrilled about a 7 to 8 cap purchase.

(not very thrill about it)Anyways, at the end of the day, they did delivered what they said.   

i recently sold on creative financing. i was thrilled because i didn't have to go through the hoops of a 1031 exchange, got a higher purchase price (45k more than my best traditional offer), am getting monthly checks, and will get a balloon payment at a good time (kid graduating, want to get her into a multifamily). i was only willing to walk away with a certain profit on the property, no less, and this was the only way i could do that. hope this helps!

Home owners are not thrilled with their neighborhoods becoming a time share location.

The #1 place they moved was Texas.I’m not thrilled about this trend, but CA can sustain a decline in population so long as there is a correction at some point.

I'm sure Blackstone and their investors are thrilled with the results of the fund so far.

San Antonio: Hot market, lots of competition, keep getting beat out.I have a few sub 70-80k houses and not thrilled about them.
