I do not see it in the judgement, and the sheriff says that they are only executing what the judgement says, so my question is what (*as in what exact law/statute/documentation/precedent*) am I missing?

My answer is that they can not, an impossibility to perform by one who is not formally trained in servicing and collection.It would serve the public good if some would stop interpreting finance law as if to imply that just anyone off the street who did a seller financed deal can act in compliance, reading statutes does not explain all the details involved in processing, underwriting, originations or servicing of seller financed transactions, the statutes refer to other regulations and guidelines.

I call these people maintenance monsters😈 As some have stated; you must take control of these kinds of people, tell them thank you for making aware of this, we will make note of this. 2nd, if we send a repairman and nothing is found to be wrong, this will be at your expense. lastly if you aren’t happy here, you can certainly vacate with a 30 or 60 day notice, or whatever your statutes say in your area

Florida statute bars certain information from being available on the wewb- one probate information comes under that privacy law, so information as to the applicant and the decedent's address etc and not on that part of the site.

Hi Kyle, So, the HOA law firm came back and mentions that it is a valid quorum and they can go ahead.I also read, https://www.davis-stirling.com/HOME/Statutes/Civil...Which states just a quorum requirement.However, our HOA is trying to use California Civil laws for voting and our CC&R which is old (1987 or something like that), states something different.
