I didn't call American Airlines and ask them for a refund. 

As a self-defense measure, we are examining our resident’s employment, looking to see how many of our residents work in the hospitality, entertainment, restaurant and airline industries so that we are aware of our exposure to future rent defaults by residents employed in industries most likely to see job/hour cuts.  

II think airbnb has no choice they have to follow what the hotels and airlines are doing right now. 

@Carmel DuffyWell, I’d send someone to vacuum up the turds and drop a few rodent killer packets.

The airlines have been almost shut down now for over a month.

This generally includes opening up the location as much as possible, removing any loose debris, vacuuming out all dust, making sure no insulation is there (yea right, good luck in a ceiling), and finally wrapping everything with tape and inserting those plastic things up into the jacket where the wires come out to make safe the place where the wire is going to rub against the jacket/mount when someone works on the wiring.

Airlines are going to be grounded for months.

Major industries are lining up to request relief (airline, restaurant, cruise-line). 

For context, here is some background information.I am an airline pilot for one of the world’s largest airlines.

Many Airlines are grounded or flying almost empty, Hotels, Gyms,  Manufacturing, Restaurants, Leisures, ... etc.
