If anyone is going to tip toe into executory contracts (CFD or L/O), you should be able to cite chapter and verse of Texas Property Code, Chapter 5 (Conveyances), Subchapter D (Executory Contracts).

And a few years after this applicant was accepted as my tenant, I checked the eviction records where the false name match happened; lo and behold, a fresh eviction pops up for the same name and that happened while this person was my tenant.

So in order to buy another property with FHA, you have to refinance out of FHA on the first one.If your LO's are not walking through all of your options and strategies with the lens of a real estate investor, explaining the pros and cons, and looking 2,3,4 moves ahead with you, again you are talking to the wrong people.
