For this the south is not dominant positioning, nor prospering.

These cities include: Prosper, Celina, Gunter, Melissa, Anna, Sherman, Van Alstyne, etc.I've been consuming a ton of BP content via podcasts & books, but am really looking to expand my network.

My profession now is understanding people, how we interact within certain environments and how we can truly prosper both financially and spiritually with one another.

With that said, it doesn't mean my next investment will be that prosperous so always be ready. 

Then the rising tide of prosperity can bring in the better people.
