Aviation Sub (not too many duplexes in this neighborhood however on the border there are but those border areas don't have the same charm or appeal 5.

But the only real draw towards the east side is price IMHO.One thing to keep in mind as far as renters goes is that the AV was built around aviation primarily.

That is a perfect idea to those in the aviation industry....there is a HUGE need especially in untapped markets. 

A great aviator/instructor died in a crash here Saturday that I knew and everytime I saw him I thought "I really need to fly with him just for the education!"

unless its aviation related.. those guys have much smaller community to serve and negative press could kill them.  

No reason to reinvent the wheel. go to  relevantbuildings.com  this is my aviation partners start up..  

I also agree with those restrictions with gate codes and other pilot neighbors might not like non-aviation visitors to come in, etc.
