Of course I can’t do that because I’m virtual and can’t see projects or ever be there to meet anyone and build relations.

I'll also be attending the Momentum2025 virtual event next month.I'm trying to take as much action as possible but I know the ultimate action would be to close on my first rental property.Here is my question for everyone.

These seem to be some extraordinary and expensive steps you’re going through to obtain something virtually no one needs.

Virtually anyone lending HM in 07 to 09 had a lot of bad debt.

For so many years I have heard people say, “There are so many bad contractors”, “Virtual Assistants are horrible”, or “There are so many lazy workers”, but the reality is there are so many people who don’t know how to hire.

Leverage properties produce greatest ROI in virtually all markets. 

For a fact, they have a "postal address" (they do NOT name it "business" address, notice that... and btw, this is a bought virtual address, look it up, and y'all shall find plenty in the sea, and please, do not spend $1,000 or whatever, or worse, your precious, billable time = money on it. 

From what I see for most people the LLC also adds virtually no tax savings, but costs more money to have your accountant prepare taxes for the LLC.
