We had ro ROM (quarantine) for 14 days upon arrival so we were glad we had secured a place in advance.

I poke at Vermont a lot and Maine a little but it's a bit futile because of quarantine requirements.

Not be a favorite place to be when you're in quarantine and locked down in a 400 sq ft apartment but if not in quarantine and you can walk to Fenway or eat at 5 star restaurants downstairs from your apartment, it's a whole different story.  

When we did our final walk through yesterday, she still hasn’t moved it out, was notified about 3 weeks ago, she keeps saying she willMove them, then states she has no where to put them “what is the new landlord going to do about no laundry service” etc She also at last min told my agent she was exposed to covid so we couldn’t do final walk through of her unit because she was  quarantining BUT right before we got their my agent saw her leaving in her car?!?

Catch is, tenant has COVID and is quarantining for another week, now with gas off and no heat / stove / dryer / water heater...and I can't find a plumber who will come do the job due to holiday and/or COVID presence.

My family lives in Columbus, Ohio, so I stayed with them for the majority of the quarantine.
