Continue reporting them for noise infractions and whatever else they do that is against the law.I had problem neighbors who were renters and I contacted animal control as well as the police and the tenants moved out as they knew I had their number.

If first infraction, a quick clean up and an appeal with a picture proving the clean up would likely result in fines being waived (or reduced).And who is to say your neighbor with plants growing into your yard isn’t getting daily fines that exceed those being levied against your property?

I was cited 3 times for nonexistent infractions like "tiny house parked on land" and "illegal patio" (there were 3 stairs constructed from wood that came up to a 3 ft square landing they claimed was an "illegal patio") and "structure is a nuisance to the neighborhood."
