Most college “educations” are a scam in my opinion and kids rack up huge debts and start at a $37,000 a year job.

If you don't they can issue huge fines (usually by the day) and if those rack up and dont get paid they can put liens on the property, which after a time of non-payment they can foreclose on your property and take it from you.

It just racks up when when its 3-4% plus fees.

When I owned properties in Houston and Atlanta it seemed that I was always replacing: roofs, siding, wooden windows and dealing with landscaping issues.

WE do engineered hardwoods no LV  granite or quartz slabs under mount sinks upgraded lighting package and full finish carpenter wrapped windows .. along with all our closest are done by our finish carpenters no wire racks.. fully landscaped fully fenced . 

I'm 9/10, but the last one was going to have issues anyway as their car died and they've been racking up Uber bills for commuting.
