Great point Steve I have been preaching that for 20 years.. you only buy the fixed asset in your IRA if you have a very good sense its going to sky rocket in value in a few years.. but if its simply a long term cash flow play...

I got mine in Merrillville just don’t go to north there. if you land highland Dyer Munster or Schererville the property values there are sky rocketing @Kunal Mishra

I feel like I'm strapped to a rocket sometimes.    

If rates went back up to 5% the U.S. governments budget would sky rocket.

Eventually this is pushing me towards out-of state investing.Also I am not really looking for places that has already sky-rocketed like Austin, TX.I don't really have any set budget, I don't have a lot of money for buying "as-is" properties that cannot get a conventional loan.

Hello BP Family, I'm in Charlotte and the home prices have sky-rocketed so I'm contemplating purchasing investment prop. in my hometown (Buffalo, NY), Detroit, Michigan or Toledo Ohio.

Look, I don't understand why space-x can land rockets and others can't, my lack of knowledge or understanding does not change the facts of things. 

Of all the MASSIVE advents of the 20th century; rockets, jet engine, harnessing nuclear energy, hell harnessing energy and electricity itself, automobiles, REFRIGERATION!

Values at least in our market were quite sticky and on top of that our competition when rates sky rocketed de engineered their houses to get their prices down.
