It's just that simple. i already said 2/3 times that I give it 80%+ odd's it's some form of flushable wipes down there that have made a near blockage.

So in the second property, I had the sewer scoped and the inspector found a potential area of concern but there wasn't a full blockage in the pipe.

A kind lady at Lowe's (where I had gone to buy Drain-O) suggested I use vinegar and baking soda to loosen up any gunk, then use the cheap plastic "snake" to get the blockage out.
