Real estate is local, but in my area we're seeing homes stay on the market much longer, sellers willing to negotiate and concede things, and a slight decrease in home values.Also keep in mind a few years ago when all an agent needed to do was list a property to get a bidding war going every agent looked like an experienced pro.

I really question whether you can expect the same life span given the weather difference, but I concede I am no expert.  

I can concede that new entrepreneurs do have a competitive advantage over W2 employees, which is more time.

Not having to pay on the principle in a tightening market when rents may flatten or concede allows you to still cash flow and service the debt.

The good news is that we have won our class action case and the City has conceded with this new ordinance.

How about this: I'll concede, if I could find a Heloc with a lower rate than my primary mortgage, say at least 50 basis points, I'd use the velocity in a heartbeat. 

I've conceded in paying that to try and systemetize my operations to allow me to work on my business rather than in my business. 

I would imagine many as is sellers would rather concede a buyers credit instead of seeing the sale fall through and having to disclose the defects that were discovered.

I DO, however, concede that there are other tax benefits to property that are not duplicated via the student loans. 

I don't think it actually exists but I am willing to concede if they are actually doing it in the marketplace and not just in "seminars".
