I'm super excited to see how blockchain upsets the real estate biz. 

I have traded stock, options, Bitcoin and sold items to invest since 1997.

I've heard rumblings of the blockchain (the technology behind cryptocurrencies) coming to real estate soon (as "smart contracts" that are less prone to fraud).My propensity to understand a wide amount of knowledge started with my parents.

(And no, it's not bitcoin). 

I'm living in a place in which iGaming, Blockchain, and startups are becoming a huge sector.

But I will learn something, just as I would learn something paying tuition to a college or losing money with an investment.I've read where blockchain is coming to real estate, but I haven't had a chance to delve into it yet.

I prefer real estate over the stock market, however, I have money in both vehicles.I would very much stay away from Bitcoin.
