When confronted about it, they act similar to how you're acting in this thread, they're offended that I would look at the purchase history for the house, they're offended that I calculate my own ARV, blah blah blah. 2) I hate to break it to you, but yes, you are VERY wrong and if this offends you, you need to toughen up that outer shell a bit.

Any good litigation attorney will be able to uncover who you are if they want to sue for big $, so the only 'benefit' to shielding your identity is having less confrontations, which in my opinion is unnecessary if you run your business properly.

Net net, while my most innate instincts are to lock up the longest fixed rate debt possible the urgency may be more about my biases then the economic reality we confront.

I had that post confrontation rage once and believe me - you need to get to a range and send some rounds downrange into paper.
