The gas guy shut off the gas to the house and took the meter, stating that the landlord would need to get the repair work inspected before they will come back with the meter.

Recently, it's got to be such a pain, for the next tenant, I'll pay it, and include it in the rent.Also, in NYC, the gas bill includes a fixed charge for getting gas to the house. it runs about $17.00 month.

Maybe we use can increase to1,5 tanks but many will keep the same at 1 tank per week, and spend less $amount for Gas.
