I’ve listed a few questions below that have by rattling around in my head.

They have a mental roll-a-dex of vacant properties and will probably rattle off a few on the spot. 

It's like the guy who brings his car to the mechanic to fix an odd rattle under the hood.The mechanic lifts the hood, takes a hammer, taps the engine and the rattle stops. 

When you get bitten by a rattle snake, are you going to plant your butt next to your mail box and wait till someone sends you a DMM on what to do when you get bitten by a snake?

Of course you all can't answer these questions, but they are rattling around in my head!

I live in Temple now, but my parents still live in the house they bought in 1978, and its only about 5 miles from the facilities and there are many times the vibrations rattle the pictures on the walls ....I would focus 10 miles or so out ... 

How to approach this problem has been rattling around in my mind for about 3 months now.I've been a small time landlord for about 28 years now, owning no more than 4 units (SFH or condo, currently own 2, no debt) at a time, always with little or no debt never with a partner.

I had another loan lined up with a decent return and they fell behind so haven't lost much.And no, haven't signed a satisfaction of mortgage so may choose to rattle their cage when they figure out they want that.

Be careful how much you talk, ask them open ended questions and let them rattle of as much info as they can. 

I still say rattle a few cages.
