I'm very interested in the prospect of Brownsville being an attraction for the future of SpaceX. I can only read so much online and view so many videos. Do any locals to the area have any input as to how big this may eventually be? Looking for the buzz on the streets!

The trick might be how often do they launch and draw a crowd?  1x year 2x 10x?   You have to fill the place up the rest of the days.

Might be better off to target SpaceX workers moving to the area.
