It collects our rent and deposits it into our account the next business day (for no fee for ACH - tenants pay a fee to use a Credit card), broadcasts our listings, screens the tenants, tracks expenses, handles leases,  tracks tenant payments, applies late fees, allows for reporting of maintenance issues, etc, etc.  

In your case, you may want to add a payment method like "EFT" or "ACH" or "Wire" etc.

@Glen WileyJust be careful as ach Accepting payment by means of ACH may be convenient, but it is not without risk.

Set up a bank account for the property and have your potential tenant do a bank to bank transfer (ACH).

There is a delay on me receiving money, but I can see if the tenant's ACH was pulled on first or if there was insufficient funds.

Thought Rentredi has ACH processing ability and you do not need to tie in your own...?

I currently self manage my properties using Buildium and I love it especially the resident portal and ability to accept ACH rent payments.

Same day ACH cost a bit more but definitely not 1.99%.
