(Zero tolerance for peeling paint, gutters must be clean, no tree branches touching the roof...)It’s a solid program to participate in but definitely is more expensive than a standard rental to maintain. 

Didn't look at the roof at all, even though you can see it peeling off from pictures.

Honestly there was peeling paint, pee on the wall, knob and tube electric, really everything you don't want in an FHA offer.
