@David Coatney and @Alyssa Dyer - Central Florida is a great market, I've lived and invested here for the last 6 years and have been pleasantly surprised by the growth.Alyssa- it's such an attractive market for investors because we are grossly under-supplied on rentals and affordable housing, our unemployment rate is less than 3%, we have a well educated work force and the economy is no longer just based on tourism.

I don't know how much tourism it's going to bring, but I'm hoping for the best.

So in the spirit of embracing this new mindset I am think "How can i use the equity we have acquired to invest in real estate and grow our money?" 

For me, having that coach and accountability was key, but the community is the biggest value.I've been in the group for a little over a year now, and I've witnessed people from all different skill levels and backgrounds making it happen, and the common thread is they were engaged and ready to embrace the process, and then they took action.I've found all my partner's through the community, and we've accomplished some pretty incredible things in a relatively short period of time.

This is a hot spot for tourism with beautiful beaches and great entertainment/events.

Lake Placid and Saranac Lake in particular have cute downtowns and year round tourism.

I'd guess that if you sold you probably made a decent margin, and if you bought I think there is steady tourism and more appreciation to be had.
