For the record, I have taught the Ramsey courses at my church and my passion is to help others improve their lives financially.With that said, I happen to live in a linear cash flow market.  

You read my mind, just got off the phone with them. 3 streets are historic, Forrest Ave, Kennesaw Ave and Church Street.

I love Dave Ramsey and a big fan of his, my with and I even took his course as part of our church.

I'm a magician and perform at schools, libraries, churches, restaurants, corporate events, etc.

BiggerPockets would be more ecumenical (inclusive of diverse viewpoints or "seeker-friendly")  Dave Ramsey is more "fundamentalist" (adhering to a narrow interpretation of the text and strongly opposed to any deviant views)   BiggerPockets and Dave Ramsey, just like different churches, attract different types of people.   

I have a BA in Theology with a concentration in Church History.

While it would be a more work, maybe you can try to attract shorter term retreat groups, church trips, temporary workers etc??
