It's a pretty close-knit street with elderly folks who walk around the neighborhood a lot so don't want to be "that house".  

Unless you consider like a tight knit group of investors that always buy from you partners.

Abel Hi Abel thank you for taking the time to post this I appreciate it It gives me a lot of great information I own a restaurant in a tight knit community so I think I have a good starting point for potential clients I have around 5 hours a day to work on the side hustle I will add that book to my list are there any other books you recommend for getting into real estate? 

As for my personal hobbies, I really enjoy writing, gardening, knitting, and having lots and lots of pets.

Verona is a very close knit town, generations live in the town and stay here, i am one of them. 

This was in a small  tight knit community and the seller had close ties with the neighbors.

I soon realized it was because he bullies everyone into believing he will ruin them within the small, close-knit community.

Gabriel, I work and educate investors nationwide but I do have to say - CT is one of the most tightly-knit investing communities in the country.

If students are good, and they are reliable investors, having that close knit community for someone wanting to do deals in other cities or do JV seems good.

In addition to some of the things mentioned above, the investor community is more tight-knit than in other markets.
